Description
Part of the Baroque facade of Palazzo Carignano in the Italian city of Turin. This palace is one of the most original buildings of the Baroque, it was realised in 1679-1684 by Guarino Guarini for the willing of the prince Emanuele Filiberto the Mute, son of Tommaso of Carignano. The fired brick facade is made in a curvilinear way, with the elliptical central body jutting out to the interior courtyard.
