Title
Quaint and quiet Linden Street San Francisco. 1 #252610458
Description
Prior to the San Francisco Loma Prieta earthquake of 1989, Hayes Valley was the sort of neighborhood everyone would go out of their way to avoid as much as possible, especially if on foot, definitely alone. A big part of the problem was caused by the freeway overpass leading to the Bay Bridge, which sustained major damage from the quake. A major portion of the bridge had to comedown and be moved.Suddenly, Hayes Valley became desirable, including the quaint and quiet Linden Street. Now lined with popup shops and exciting, new graffiti art, there are places to just sit and enjoy. As enjoyed 27 July 2022.
