When you take a fifteen minute SeaBus ride from Vancouver’s Waterfront Station over to the North Shore, you land at Lonsdale Quay, home to the Lonsdale Quay Public Market and a variety of restaurants and a waterfront park. Outside the market in the summer time, there is frequently live entertainment. You’ll also find Shipbuilder’s Square, which is home to North Vancouver’s Shipyard Night Market in the summer — and a little further on is Shipbuilder’s Pier, where you can take a stroll. The entire neighborhood is known as Lower Lonsdale.
