Marina on Tilghman Island, Maryland on a stormy afternoon in the summer. Tilghman was initially known as Great Choptank Island, the island became identified with a series of local families. During the War of 1812 the island was briefly occupied by the British. The economy primarily supported by crabbing, oystering and fishing. Working fishing boats in the background and seagulls in the foreground.
