Description
The Qin-6 was a modified Soviet-era Beriev Be-6. China imported 6 Be-6s from the Soviet Union, and replaced the engines with Wopen WJ-5 6 on 4 of them. It was a flying boat produced by the Soviet Beriev OKB from 1949 to 1957 and was capable of long-range maritime reconnaissance, coastal and supply line patrols, torpedo bombing strikes, mine-laying, and transport operations.
