¼owa is located on the southern edge of the Ã
Å¡widnica Plain, on the PiÃ
âawa River. It was built in the years 1712ââ¬â1726 on the site of the 16th century manor house which had been destroyed during the Thirty Years` War. Rebuilt in the years 1868ââ¬â1869, and then in the years 1891ââ¬â1900. In the years 1992ââ¬â1997, a comprehensive renovation and restoration of the palace was carried out. The palace in KrzyÃ
¼owa is a neo-baroque, two-storey building with high basement, built on a rectangular plan, covered with a mansard roof with dormers. A stone, tapering staircase with an iron, forged balustrade and a semicircular landing on the high ground floor lead to the main entrance. The main entrance is in a decorative portal with two Ionic columns on the sides supporting a pediment containing a cartouche with the coats of arms of the then owners.
