Title
Buckwheat groats, Buckwheat sowing #261236043
Description
Buckwheat is obtained from buckwheat grains, which in fact does not belong to cereals. This is a relative of sorrel (if you look closely at the sorrel panicles, you can notice small seeds, similar in shape to buckwheat). The grains resemble the nuts of a beech tree in their shape, which is why in some European countries it is called beech wheat.
