Description
James Cudworth was a 49er who came to San Francisco from his native Vermont, in his search for gold, and in the 1850`s, settled in what is now known as the Cow Hollow Neighborhood. He did become a dairy farmer himself, and being on the road that led to the nearby Presidio, was able to supply them with milk.In the 1870`s he switched to Real Estate, and had this home built for himself and his family about 1874.As seen 16 November 2022.
