An illustration of the symbol Chakana that can still be found in ancient ruins of the Quechua people. The Inca empire depicted this geometric symbol to represent the passing of a soul into the other dimensions. The heavens above and the astral underworld. It represents the Crux, the southern cross constellation. A celestial pathway. In this image the cross is golden, in it's middle hole a sphere of light represents both the sun and the moon. The half above is a bright day theme and the half below is a night full of stars and colors. These two are separated with a layer of clouds.
