Description
Qutub Minar is a 73-meter tall tower located in Delhi, India. It was built in the 12th century by Qutb-ud-din Aibak, the first Muslim ruler of Delhi, and is considered to be one of the most important examples of Indo-Islamic architecture. The tower is made of red sandstone and marble and is decorated with intricate carvings and inscriptions. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a popular tourist destination in India.
