Description
Los Banos de Dona Maria de Padilla was built in the 12th centuries at the basement of the Royal Palace in Seville. This beautiful pond is adorned with numerous arches, and has a cool temperature, making it ideal for people to rest and escape the heat outside. The Palace complex was designated a World Heritage Site, as well as a Spanish Cultural Heritage. It was built by Peter of Castile. Various part of the palace shows example of the mudejar style in the iberian peninsula. It is known for its tile decoration that is both intricate and colourful.
