As i gaze upon the seemingly endless sea of trees, i can’t help but be in awe of mother nature’s grandeur. The sky is a gorgeous blue, and the evergreen forest below seems to stretch on and on with little interruption. It’s a peaceful place—a beautiful theater of nature that could almost make me feel small next to its mighty presence. Yet there is nothing more invigorating than standing on the brink at this moment, standing atop this hill and looking out across the dense trees for miles in either direction. There really is beauty in even the most mundane of places.
