Description
Traditional wind mills in the province of Toledo in Spain, in a state called Castilla- La Mancha which were reflected by Miguel de Cervantes in his Don Quixote. Don Quixote thought that those windmills were giants, and attacked them with his horse Rocinante. These windmills were used to grind grain, but today, are historical artifacts that decorate the landscape. Once a year, symbolically, the windmills work and grind grain.
