Description
This plant is easy to find in yards or grows wild on the edges of shady ditches. The roots are large and have a taproot that supports this plant when it is large enough. The leaves are elongated like palm fronds and arranged in a dense rosette, up to 60 cm long. Some varieties have serrated leaf edges.
