Description
Xichang Torch Square is mainly a performing arts center, a multifunctional cultural building integrating academic exchanges, exhibitions, leisure and entertainment. It is located in the northwest of Qionghai Sea and covers an area of about 1,100 mu.The Torch Square is a fan-shaped building with a straight line length of about 400 meters and an arc length of about 650 meters. The ethnic culture and art center is arranged on the east side, which is a building obliquely inserted into the mountain. The west side is a cultural and leisure park, which is a naturally raised mountain.At the entrance of the Torch Square, there is a group of statues of nine tigers. Inside is a group of 56 national cultural pillars with a diameter of 2 meters arranged in an arc. The 56 pillars represent the great unity of 56 nationalities, and the height is 6 to 9 meters. , The surface of the cylinder with a diameter of 2 meters is a decorative relief reflecting the excellent culture and classic legends of the Yi people.
