Teotihuacan from an hot air balloon #271777068
Description
Teotihuacán was an important center a few tens of kilometers northeast of Mexico City. Abandoned by its founders, probably due to the arrival of other populations, it remained a sacred place for a long time, until the fall of the Aztec empire, whose population considered Teotihuacán, (which means "place where one becomes gods"), the place where ancient deities were buried who had sacrificed themselves to allow the world to be reborn after the last end of the world.
