It has windows around the perimeter.In the lower disc, at the level of which the entrance to the observatory is located on the west side, there is a publicly accessible restaurant, from which you can admire the view towards the Jelenia Góra Valley, a souvenir shop, a resting place for tourists and toilets. This disc is located on the north side and has the largest diameter - approx. 30 m. There is a skylight on the roof of the disc.
