+ A very elegant fern, they occur in many parts of Bangladesh & x28;Eastern Marsh Fern& x29; is a deciduous fern with erect to erect, fine-textured, pinnate-pinnatifid, lanceolate, light green fronds, 6â24 in & x28;15â60 cm& x29; long. They contain about 10-40 pinnae & x28;leaflets& x29; which are deeply cut into short, oblong subleaflets. Often, the fronds and their leaflets are slightly curved and twisted. Fertile fronds tend to be slightly shorter than sterile fronds and form rounded sori near the pinna ends. Spores are produced and released in summer or fall.
