A Beautiful Photograph Of The Okapi

The Okapi is a herbivorous mammal that lives in the rainforests of the Congo, Africa. They are about 1.5m tall and weigh about 200-300kg. With a dark reddish brown coat, Okapi has a white crest on the ears and face. Okapi also have a distinctive white stripe on their rump, making them easy to find in the woods. The special feature of Okapi is that they have a long tongue, which can extend up to 45cm, making it possible to use them to grab leaves in hard-to-reach areas. Okapi is a very rare and endangered animal due to habitat loss and human hunting. Currently, Okapi conservation and protection programs are being implemented to keep this animal alive on Earth.
