Peregrine falcons are known for their incredible speed and agility in flight. They are the fastest birds in the world, capable of reaching speeds of up to 240 miles per hour during a dive. These birds are found on every continent except Antarctica and are known for their distinctive black "mustache" markings on their faces. Peregrine falcons are skilled hunters, preying on other birds in mid-air. They have adapted well to urban environments and can often be seen nesting on tall buildings and bridges.
