The Bonda tribe is an indigenous tribe that inhabits the remote hilly regions of the Malkangiri and Koraput districts of Odisha, India. The traditional dress and ornaments of the Bonda tribe are unique and distinctive.The Bonda women wear a cylindrical piece of cloth wrapped around their waist, known as 'Kurta'. The Kurta is made of thick cotton and is dyed in bright red or black colors. They also wear a piece of cloth called 'Napkin' which is tied across the chest. The Napkin is also made of cotton and is dyed in bright colors.
