Curry paste is one of the cooking ingredients of Thai curry dishes. Made from various spices and herbs such as fresh chilli, dried chilli, onion, garlic, galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime skin, ground and mixed together. There may be other ingredients such as shrimp paste, sugar, fish sauce, salt, may or may not be heated. Bring it to cook right away. Curry paste looks wet and thick. May be mixed with coconut milk or oil.
