Description
The Cirque de Gavarnie is an enormous glacial valley located in the Pyrenees National Park, in Southwestern France. It was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1997 as part of the Pyrenees-Mont Perdu World Heritage Site. Gavarnie Falls is also the second-highest waterfall in Europe and descends some 422m over a series of steps before reaching the floor
