The hermitage of Sant Gregori is located 1.5 km from Falset, in an area of great natural beauty. The hermitage, where the image of San Antonio is venerated, is sheltered under a rock shelter of reddish stoneware, with sinuous shapes and strange holes, sculpted by the hand of the wind. Around it, other rocks with curious shapes have adopted popular names such as the Giant or the Caracol. The balcony in front of the hermitage is a privileged viewpoint of the Falset Valley, a place to enjoy the sunsets that with their orange light enhance the colors of the rocks even more. Falset is a Spanish municipality and town in the province of Tarragona, in Catalonia. Belonging to the Priorato region, of which it is the capital, the municipality has a population of 2,740 inhabitants (INE 2022).
