Walking lily flower or False Orchid Neomarica gracilis. Its attractive, lightly scented flowers last only a day but do not stop blooming during the month-long spring bloom. The flowers have white outer petals with brown spots in the center and blue inner petals with shades of yellow and brown. At the tip of the inflorescence a seedling emerges and after growing it droops to the ground where it can root and spread (hence the name walking Iris).
