Description
In the dorsal (posterior) view of the bones of the hands, the carpal bones are visible, including the pisiform, triquetrum, lunate, scaphoid, trapezium, trapezoid, capitate, and hamate. These carpal bones form the wrist region. Moving towards the fingers, the metacarpal bones can be observed, numbered from one to five, extending towards the fingertips.
