Pictured is a polyptych in the Chapel of Santa Brigida in the Basilica of Saint Petronius in Bologna, Italy. Overhanging the polyptych is a polychrome terracotta bust of Saint Bridget of Sweden, one of the six patron saints of Europe. In the center of the polyptych is the Madonna with Child among the Saints Paul, John the Baptist, Peter, and James. In the cusps is the Christ's Pieta at the center among the evangelistic saints Mark, John, Luke and Matthew. In the predella is Saint Petronius at the center among the saints Dominic, Ambrose, Sebastian, Roch, Florian, and Francis with coat of arms of Bologna on the sides. The polyptych was painted by Tommaso Garelli in 1477.
