Jack Early Park, one of the smallest, UNofficial parks in San Francisco 7 #284528181
Description
Tucked away in the beautiful Telegraph Hill section of San Franciscos North Beach is a very small park, designed and built by urban conservationist Jack Early. Thought unusable by the city,Jack proved them wrong by planting and maintaining the trees along this stretch of hill on Pfeiffer Street. He then used railway ties as steps. The view from the top is spectacular, but then you have to go back down the same way you came up. This park,a testament to Jack,is now one of the smallest,UNofficial parks in San Francisco. As seen 5 March 2018.
