Crissy field was a short lived air field. Between the constant fog,the high winds,and ultimate construction of the Golden Gate Bridge,use of the field,even by seaplanes,was just too dangerous. The buildings originally for use of the men and equipment as as airfield are now used by the national Oceanic and Air Administration. As seen 12 March 2018.
