Bee orchids are rare wild flowers found on grasslands and in meadows.Called a Bee Orchid because the flower resembles a bee to attract male bumble bee to try to mate with it. When the bee makes contact it transfers pollen onto its body then flies off to another orchid and pollinates that one. The cycle of reproduction and continuation of the species can then continue.
