Drying rice grains on a road in Cambodia #28493704
Description
A small village near Kamping Poy, also known as the Killing Dam, in Battambang Province in Cambodia. Pheasants drive a motor vehicle, passing long stretchers of the road converted to platforms used to dry freshly harvested grains of rice. The tarmac road provides open space for the process of drying. Additionally, it heats up quickly, radiating later the heat into the grains.
