Description
Three striking shafts from three different eras stand side by side in the German coal mine Ewald, which closed its doors in 2000. In 1871 mine Ewald starts to lift coal. After the Second World War, the mine grew into the most productive coal mine in the Ruhr area and 4,000 miners worked there. It was not used until 2000.
