The project is located in Pazhou Convention and Exhibition and Headquarters Economic Functional Zone, at the northwest end of Pazhou, close to Liede Bridge, and adjacent to the Pearl River. The net land area is 50370 square meters, with a total construction area of 197271 square meters, including 131850 square meters above ground and 65421 square meters underground.
