Description
Dancers waiting in front of the Monument to the Founding of the North Korean Workers' Party. North Korea (officially DPRK) is famous for its mass performances which are held every year. The photo shows the Mass Dance on the occasion of the National Day on September 9th 2011 involving several thousand Koreans, mostly young female students in colorful national dresses. It was held in front of the monument for the Founding of the North Korean Workers' Party. Behind the dancers a lot of flags of the country can be seen. In the background several apartment buildings can be seen.
