Description
There is a large park on the north and west sides of Castle Berleburg. This park was constructed in the eighteenth century. In the park you will find large lawns, ponds and lush flower beds. The formal garden is bordered on the Parkstrasse side by an avenue with chestnuts and a wall. The nine figures on the park wall were made around 1740 by the Marburg sculptor Johann Friedrich Sommer.
