fjords in the faroe islands #292278798
Description
There are the highest cliffs in Europe, such as the cliff of Cape Enniberg on Viðoy (745 m), which ranks first in Europe. The rivers are short and narrow, they often grow stronger during post-winter thaws, and sometimes end in waterfalls falling from high cliffs into the ocean. There are also lakes on the islands, the largest of which is Sørvágsvatn (3.56 km²) on Vágar Island.
