Flamingo, yawning, profile. Rare sighting. Flamingo's are spotted on various Florida beaches after Hurricane Idalia. American Flamingo's are more numerous in Mexico and Cuba. The thinking is that they did come by hurricane via the Yucatan and that the winds may have taken them a little bit more north than maybe they intended to go. This bird likes the pond near a beach.
