Description
Currently, the greatest pressure experienced by coral reefs is human activity factors, such as pollution from land and destructive fishing practices, which have been considered a danger to coral reefs. However, while this problem has not been resolved over the past few years, other, more potential threats have emerged. Natural phenomena that cause pressure on coral reefs, especially rising sea water temperatures which can result in high levels of coral bleaching (Coral Bleaching) which leads to coral death.
