A man made native bee nesting house providing cavities in various sizes for different species that nest in natural cavities. Female bees deposits eggs in the holes and seal them with chewed plant material or mud. The eggs hatch and the new crop of bees dig their way out. Nests like these benefit native solitary bees that do not live in communal hives like European honey bees.
