A Mariachi band are a group of musicians of Mexican origin whose style goes back at least to the 18th century. They feature violins, guitars and trumpets. The Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe, el Dia de la Virgen in Spanish, is a celebration of Mother Mary appearance to an indigenous peasant in 1531, as an indigenous version of herself, in Guadalupe Mexico and spoke to him in his native language.
