Julia Manaea was among the prominent empresses in the dynasty. 10 le Marmore moth of Alexande Severus (222-235 ADI, and the niece of Julla Domina, the wife of Septimius Severus. She was entitled Augusta and the guard in of the minor emperor. She personally accompanied the emperor in his failed campaign against the Persians in 332 AD.
