Chest Xray Showing Mild Apical Fibrosis and Infection #302862808
Description
This is a chest x-ray of a patient with mild apical fibrosis, a condition that causes scarring of the lung tissue near the apex. The x-ray also shows inhomogeneous airspace changes in the left perihilar and retrocardiac region, indicating a possible infection. There is no evidence of pneumothorax, pleural effusion, abnormal heart size or shape, or bone lesions.
