Shami kebab (Persian: ôçÃâ¦ÃŠéèçèââ¬Å½, Urdu: ôçÃâ¦ÃŠéèçèââ¬Å½, Hindi: à ¤¶à ¤¾à ¤®à ¥⬠à ¤â¢Ã ¤¬à ¤¾à ¤¬), or shami tikka (Urdu: ôçÃâ¦ÃŠêéÃÂââ¬Å½, Hindi: à ¤¶à ¤¾à ¤®à ¥⬠à ¤Ÿà ¤¿à ¤â¢Ã Â¥Âà ¤â¢Ã ¤¾), is a popular Iranian and Indian variety of kebab, also found in Pakistani cuisine. A variation of Shami kebab is found in Bangladeshi cuisine. They are also popular in Afghanistan and Azerbaijan.
