The Beijing Exhibition Center is located at 135 Xizhimenwai Street, Xicheng District, Beijing. Its predecessor was the Soviet style Exhibition Center built in October 1954, and it was officially renamed the Beijing Exhibition Center in 1958. It is the first large-scale comprehensive exhibition hall in the People’s Republic of China.
