Argentine President Javier Milei banned this Tuesday the use of inclusive language and any reference to the gender perspective in public administration documents.Presidential spokesperson Manuel Adorni announced that the government âinitiated actionsâ to end the practice adopted by the government of previous president Alberto Fernández (2019-3023). âIt will not be possible to use the letter e, the at, the x and avoid the unnecessary inclusion of the feminine in all public administration documents,â the official told journalists during his usual press conference.Before becoming president in December, Milei â who refers to himself as an âanarcho-capitalist libertarianâ â called for âfighting the cultural battleâ against the âindoctrination of Marxismâ which he considers responsible for having coined inclusive language, âgender ideologyâ and the âecological agenda.â
