Description
The castros are small villages, they have been inhabited since the first millennium BC. until the first centuries d. C. Remains of the circular constructions so characteristic of the first Iron Age can still be seen today. The inhabitants of the castros fed on what the land gave them, cultivated cereals, collected fruit, looked after livestock and completed their diet with everything from fishing and shellfish.
