Mix well until it forms a medium dough consistency. Add 1 2 tsp of asafoetida mixed in 1 tsp of water to the dough and mix thoroughly.Grease your hands and the Sev mold with oil. Place a small amount of dough into the Sev maker stand. Heat oil in a pan. Press and squeeze the mold over the pan to make Sev over medium heat. Fry the Sev until golden brown, then remove from the flame and strain any extra oil. Repeat the process until all the dough is used.Enjoy the crispy and flavorful Ratlami Sev as a delicious snack!
