St.-Paulus-Dom? is the cathedral church of the diocese of Münster? in Germany that is dedicated to Saint Paul. It is among the most important church buildings in Münster and, together with the Town Hall, is one of the city's symbols.The cathedral is located in the heart of the city, on a small hill called Horsteberg, which is surrounded by the Roggenmarkt, Rothenburg and Prinzipalmarkt streets and by the Münstersche Aa river. This area, which also contains the Domplatz and the surrounding buildings was the old Domburg. Today the cathedral is the parish church of this area. To the west of the cathedral is the bishop's palace and part of the former curia complex along with the current cathedral structure.
