Description
Chives (Allium tuberosum Rottler ex Spreng. and A. ramosus), or chives and chives, are known as leaf vegetables. Chives are rarely used in Indonesian dishes. The name chives comes from Hokkien, Kú-chhà i. Its use is common in Chinese dishes, such as chicken porridge. In Chinese and Japanese culinary culture, chives are a mixed ingredient in Jiaozi (Gy?za).
