Spring Flooding along City River banks. Gold crown Ornate light pole surrounded by flood waters #316078993
Description
springtime results in melting of snows and increased rainfall which swells the size of the river. Water breaches the banks of the river and floods surrounding areas. Here the water lifts the garbage from the receptacle or bin and washes it away. When the waters recede the sediment from the flood helps to fertilize the land and a burst of growth occurs. This cycle is a way the earth heals and restores itself after each winter.
